Danbury Parc real estate is located off of Donaldson Drive in Brookhaven very close to Chamblee. Danbury Parc is located in a prime area that is minutes from Perimeter Mall, Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and Northside Hospital. Danbury Parc is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs/bars, and one of my favorite places Blackburn Park which has a tennis center, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, walk/run/bike trails, large green spaces w/trees, picnis areas, and more. Danbury Parc was and is still being built by Centex Homes, they are one of the most well known production builders in Atlanta. Centex homes is known for using quality materials, and for building a quality product. The clients I have represented in purchasing homes from Centex have been very pleased with their purchases from the feedback I have gathered. Danbury Parc sits on over twenty acres surrounded by trees and includes single family homes, as well as townhomes. Danbury Parc has a beautiful pool, grilling area, and sidewalks throughout the community, all these amenities with very low HOA dues. Many of the homes at Danbury Parc include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, garden tubs, walk in closets, crown molding, high ceilings, zoned hvac systems, pest/termite control plumbed into the walls, double vanity sinks, spacious and well thought out floorplans, full basements, stained cabinets, and many other features depending on what the homeowner chose to select when the home was originally built, or depending on what you would like to select as Danbury Parc is still under construction, as there are still single family homes that have not yet been built. Danbury is by far one of my top choices for single family homes or townhomes in Brookhaven.
