University Heights:

University Heights is situated to the East of Clairmont Rd, south of N Druid Hills, North of N Decatur, and West of Scott Blvd. University Heights is just minutes from Emory, CDC, and Dowtown Decatur.

University Heights is a quiet, established Decatur neighborhood made up of mostly brick ranch houses circa 1960. Most homes are 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms with a carport or two (car), and many have been updated and/or expanded.

There are nature trails, baseball fields, a swim/community center, and schools all within walking distance. With speed humps throughout the neighborhood there is very little "thru-traffic" making way for residents to enjoy the wonderful ammenities.

Most University Heights homes are in the Medlock E.S., Shamrock M.S., and Druid Hills H.S. districts.
