Q: Is this a good time to Sell?
A: That depends. If you are “buying up” you can justify a loss on your sale to gain a discount on your buy.

A: CC’s include lender/attorney fees, prepaid taxes/insurance. Estimate 3.5% of the loan amount (buyer/seller negotiable).
